If you have problems with a specific VPixx device, please make sure to provide us with the product serial number (typically located on a plaque on the back of the device), and, if possible, a photo or video of the issue.

If the problem is related to software, please inform us of your operating system, provide screenshots of the error if possible, and provide a minimal code example that reproduces the issue. This will make it easier for us to help you solve the problem.
